We will block and report to authorities. By using this site, you accept you trade directly with other Ugandans — Kii-Gwa-Lero is only the connector, not the seller.

2. I will not post fake wants or spam sellers.
3. As a seller, I will only call buyers if I TRULY have what they want, at fair price. No lies, no overpricing.
4. I will be respectful. No insults, no fraud, no conmanship. Uganda is our home.
5. I understand Kii-Gwa-Lero does not take commission on phone deals — honesty is our currency.
6. If I break trust, my number/device will be banned permanently from all 135 districts.
